Once you have been accepted as a Veriphy user you will have access to our secure website.
There is no limit to the number of individual users you can request, and we also supply an administrative account that has full audit functionality and allows for the retrieval and viewing of previous checks.
Once logged in, you will be able to perform anti-money laundering, credit and property checks and receive the reports back in seconds.
We have also built in key features to reduce keying errors further, such as:
- Address Postcode Lookups
- Title Number Lookups
- Comprehensive Form Data Validation
This all helps ensure you enter the most accurate data possible before the checks are made.
As the system is web-based, there is nothing to install on your internal systems. You only need a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.
Our system is secured by GlobalSign.
Our payment model is designed to suit your needs. There are no hidden, up-front or ongoing charges - we only bill you for the checks that you do. There is no minimum or maximum usage, so whatever the size of your organization you can rely on Veriphy for the most cost-effective solution to your information requirements.
Our lines are staffed from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and we do not charge for support. We welcome queries both on using the system and the resulting reports.
